Arrival and Departure
On the day of arrival, check-in is possible from 2 p.m.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room by 10:30 a.m. and hand in the room key at the reception desk. Thank you!
Adapter / electrical connections
All sockets are equipped with 230 V / 50 Hz.
International socket adapters are available at reception.
Baby Bed / Baby equipment on request
If you need a cot or a highchair, just let us know.
Bathrobe / slippers / umbrella on request

Cashless payments
In addition to EC card payment, we accept VISA, EURO and MASTERCARD.
Duvet
Would you like an extra duvet or pillow free of charge? No problem!
Please let our staff know.
Bed systems
Our rooms have different bed systems. For example you will find single beds with a width of 1m in our single rooms, double beds with a width of 1.80m in our double rooms and separate single beds with a width of 0.90m each in our inner courtyard apartments, which can be pushed together if necessary. We would be happy to provide you with the appropriate information if you have any questions.
Please do not disturb
Please hang the sign provided for this purpose on the outside door if you do not want the room to be cleaned or if you do not wish to be disturbed.

Printing option on request
If you want to print, copy, or scan something, please contact the reception staff.
We also provide devices for internal and external communication if required – our staff will be happy to provide you with information.
Breakfast
We offer a rich breakfast buffet (continental breakfast) every day in our breakfast room on the 2nd floor. Our breakfast times are Mon – Fri from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.(earlier times by arrangement), on weekends and public holidays from 8 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.
Money and valuables
For insurance reasons, we ask that you do not leave any valuables, jewelry or sums of money in your room or vehicle. We cannot be held responsible for lost valuables in your room. Please use the opportunity to deposit your valuables in the safe located securely behind the reception desk.
Baggage service
We will be happy to help you transport your luggage to your room or back to your vehicle. Of course, you are welcome to leave your luggage safely at our reception area after you have checked out.
Hairdryer
There is a hairdryer in each bathroom for your use.
Hygiene products
Have you forgotten your toothbrush, shaver, shower gel or other hygiene items? We have a small selection ready for you in your room, with additional items available at reception.
Internet
During your stay with us, please feel free to take advantage of the complementary Wi-Fi. You will find the access code in your room.
Sewing
Basic sewing kits are available at the reception desk. We will be happy to place larger repairs in the hands of specialists.
Shoeshine paraphernalia

Self-check in / -check out
Our reception area is staffed Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on weekends and public holidays from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
In case you should arrive or depart outside of these times, you can check-in or check-out yourself by prior arrangement using our key safe in the entrance area.
Wash and iron guest laundry
You may pick up a laundry bag at our reception desk. Please fill out the attached list carefully and hand it in with the laundry to our staff. Return time is by arrangement.
Change of linens
Daily change of towels? Please put the towels on the floor.
Would you like the bed linens to be changed daily? Please contact us.
For longer stays, bed linens are changed at least twice a week.
Wake-up service
We would be happy to wake you up personally. Please discuss the desired wake-up time with our reception staff.
