Welcome to room 45, also known as the penthouse or icing on the cake of the Hotel Garni "Am Domplatz". With a touch of luxury, the penthouse will let you experience a large space of 150 m². Up to seven guests can enjoy their vacation here in the finest manner.

Enjoy with your family or friends the comfort of the three separate bedrooms, which can be reached via the interior open staircase. By elevator you can get to the third floor – we will be happy to help you carry the luggage up to the fourth floor.
If you like to prepare your own meals during your vacation, you will love the fully equipped kitchen in room 45 including a cooktop, stove, microwave and refrigerator. This way you can stay flexible when you want to spoil yourself and your loved ones – in the morning, at noon or even at night. And for all those who do feel like being pampered, our rich breakfast buffet gives you a fresh start into the day.
On the lower level, the penthouse has a spacious living and dining area, a kitchen area, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, a small balcony as well as a modern designed feel-good bathroom including shower, bathtub, free-hanging toilet, hairdryer and vanity mirror. The upper floor scores with another bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom plus shower.
On the large private roof terrace, you can end the evening with a glass of wine overlooking the cathedral. A luxury which you have definitely earned.
